The hotel at 39 Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt is located in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg, 100-150 meters from Petrogradskaya Metro Station, a 2-minute walk away. The area has excellent transport accessibility: there are land transport stops nearby, as well as other metro stations (Chkalovskaya, Gorkovskaya), and the way to Finlyandsky railway station is about 2 km.
The hotel occupies from the second to the seventh floor of an apartment building and has 69 rooms. Each room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a work desk, mirrors, a TV with a set-top box, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink; towels, disposable slippers, toiletries (soap, gel, shampoo) are provided.
On each floor there is a common area with a place for cooking: for self-cooking and relaxation, there is a table, sets of dishes and cutlery, a microwave oven, a cooler, an electric kettle, a washing machine, hair dryers, an iron with ironing board, a clothes dryer and garbage containers.
The building itself is a former apartment building of F. F. Niedermeyer, built in 1914-1916 by architect A. P. Weitens in the neoclassical style. The house is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance, forming a single historical ensemble of Leo Tolstoy Square together with the famous House with towers. In Soviet times, the famous engineer and inventor Yakov Gakkel lived here.
